Penha Longa– Monastery

8 holes | From hole 19 to hole 27 (2 rounds of 9 holes)

Set within the breathtaking Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the Penha Longa Monastery Course offers golfers a charming and peaceful escape surrounded by centuries of history. While smaller than the Championship Course, this layout carries its own magic — weaving through rolling hills, mature trees, and the serene backdrop of the ancient Penha Longa Monastery itself.

This 18-hole layout (played as two 9-hole rounds) provides a delightful mix of challenge and relaxation, ideal for golfers looking for a quicker yet scenic round. Designed with playability and enjoyment in mind, each hole invites a balance between precision and creativity. The fairways are generous but require thought, and the subtle greens ensure every putt keeps you engaged.

With its tranquil setting, rich heritage, and manicured landscapes, the Monastery Course perfectly complements the grandeur of the resort — a must-play for those who appreciate golf wrapped in beauty and calm.
