Designed by Arnold Palmer, one of the greatest players of all time, this golf course was considered one of the greatest golf course achievements in Portugal during its creation. Still to this day, it is regarded as one of the best and most challenging courses in Europe. Serving as the venue for the Portugal Masters every year since 2007, and the World Cup Championship 2005, this Championship layout is an exciting challenge for world-class professionals. The preserved wetland area is decorated with beautiful vegetation such as carob, olive trees, and almond trees.
