À propos du parcours de golf
Nestled amidst the serene plains of Sengokuhara in Hakone, Japan, Daihakone Country Club offers golfers a unique blend of natural beauty, strategic challenge, and resort elegance.
What sets Daihakone apart is how it harmonizes with the region’s terrain. The course incorporates the flowing Haya River and gentle slopes, while the signature 17th hole “Lotus Flower”, ringed by six bunkers, stands as a dramatic highlight. Hidden among the landscapes is a sense of discovery — every hole reveals a new vantage of Hakone’s mountain rims or contrasting foliage.
The club operates as part of the Prince Golf Resorts network, meaning guests benefit from resort-style amenities, including a pro shop, restaurant, locker rooms, and a 20-stall driving range. Some guests also enjoy the onsen (hot springs) culture in nearby resort accommodation after their round.
Getting there is part of the experience: About 25 minutes by car from the Gotemba Interchange or 40 minutes from JR Odawara Station, the drive itself winds through artful landscapes and forested roads. For travelers arriving via Tokyo or Narita Airport, the journey takes approximately 2 hours with regional transfers.
