The design is reminiscent of a traditional British Parkland course with some interesting “links” additions. The course is heavily tree-lined and water hazards are in play on almost every hole. The “Rough” is true to the meaning of the word. From the very back “blue” tees the course measures over 7,200 yards and can be a severe test, but from the men’s “white” tees the course is pleasant and relaxing. Bunkers use local sand from The Mae Ping river. The greens are Tiff Dwarf Bermuda with Bermuda 419 and Zoysia fairways. The course has a driving range and two practice putting and chipping greens.

Highlight: Hole 7 is a Par 4, 336-yard long challenge. You will drive 180 yards across the big pond and face a blind shot where the flag will be visible, but not the green. This is a challenge to you pros.

Highlight: Hole 8 is a Par 5, 641-yard hole. The longest in Thailand and the Signature Hole of Uniland Golf Course. It's waiting for you to record your putting successes like a champion.

Highlight: Hole 3 is a par 4, 412-yard hole designed with sand traps on the left of the fairway and ponds on the right to address. With the raised green it's even more difficult to make your par.
