Metropolitan Golf Club is one of the premier private clubs in the famous Melbourne Sandbelt, widely regarded as one of the greatest regions for golf course architecture in the world. The course is known for its strategic bunkering, firm playing surfaces, subtle contours, and fast greens, which require precision rather than power.
